Beware of fraudulent e-mails
We would like to draw you special attention to the risks of fraudulent e-mails that pretend to offer hotel accommodation. If you suspect you are being targeted by a fraudulent website or receive alleged scam e-mails, feel free to report by e-mail (organisation@gfhev.de).

Conference Fee

The conference fees include access to the scientific programme, industry exhibition, poster exhibition, get-together and coffee breaks.

Networking Evening

The networking evening will take place on Thursday, 5 March, 2026 from 8 PM to midnight, at the Bamberger Haus (Brunnerstraße 2, 80804 München). The costs include a buffet, a 2-hour drinks package and music. All other drinks are payable by the guest.

Payment

For participants from the EU, payment is only possible by SEPA direct debit. Please have your bank details (IBAN and BIC) ready and ensure that they are entered correctly. Participants from countries outside the EU pay after receiving the invoice.

Invoicing

You will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can submit to the tax office or your employer for reimbursement. Please clarify in advance whether your employer requires a specific invoice address.
