Tickets Networking Evening
If you have already registered for the conference and would only like to book the evening event, please send an e-mail with the desired rate (normal or student) to service@gfhev.de. Thank you very much!

Beware of fraudulent e-mails
We would like to draw you special attention to the risks of fraudulent e-mails that pretend to offer hotel accommodation. If you suspect you are being targeted by a fraudulent website or receive alleged scam e-mails, feel free to report by e-mail (organisation@gfhev.de).

The senders of such fraudulent messages are, for example, Global Travel with the addresses: ops@gtravelmanagement.com, booking@gtravelmanagement.com, support@gtravelmanagement.com, bookings@gtravelservices.com, reservations@gtravelhosting.com oder operations@gtravelservices.com.

Conference Fee

The conference fees include access to the scientific conference, industry exhibition, get-together and coffee breaks.

Networking Evening

The networking evening will take place on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM in the "Dogana" room (congress venue). The ticket price includes a buffet and two drink vouchers, valid for beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar at cost price.

Payment

For participants from the EU, payment is only possible by SEPA direct debit. Please have your bank details (IBAN and BIC) ready and ensure that they are entered correctly. Participants from countries outside the EU pay after receiving the invoice.

Invoicing

You will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can submit to the tax office or your employer for reimbursement. Please clarify in advance whether your employer requires a specific invoice address.
